If youâve purchased a subscription plan on Zety and would like to cancel it, you can do so on your dashboardâs âMy Planâ section and there find the âMore informationâ button and click on it.e1.png
Once the page with more information is on, new buttons will appear. Please click on the âCancel my subscriptionâ button.
Youâll be prompted with instructions on your screen to complete the cancellation process.
When youâre finished, you will receive confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.
Please remember that even after you cancel your subscription, your current plan will still be active, and you will still be able to download your documents until your plan expires.
