I understand that: Renewal and Termination Zenfolio will renew each Photographer's subscription automatically at the end of each billing period unless Photographer notifies Zenfolio in writing of its intent to cancel or modify the subscription at least ten days prior to the end of the billing period. Each Photographer agrees that Zenfolio may terminate each Photographer's subscription and/or access to and use of the Photographer Services, with or without cause at any time at the sole discretion of Zenfolio.. Photographer may terminate his or her account on ten (10) days written notice to Zenfolio. Except as described in Section IV.C. above, Zenfolio will not issue a refund of fees. Upon termination or expiration of your account, Zenfolio has no obligation to provide you with a copy of your Photographer Content and may delete your Photographer Content from the Zenfolio servers.
