Call, fill out web form, or send email.

To fill out web form:

1. Go to cancel page.
2. Fill out web form.
3. In ‘Question’ box, please provide: request to cancel subscription, billing address, and last 4 digits of credit card associated with account.
4. Once done, a representative will email to ask for identity confirmation with a security question. Reply to email and receive cancellation confirmation.

To send email:

1. Please provide: request to cancel subscription, name, billing address, email, and last 4 digits of credit card associated with account.
2. Once done, a representative will email to ask for identity confirmation with a security question. Reply to email and receive cancellation confirmation.
