How to Cancel Signpost Manually
Unsubscribe by following these steps:
- Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to the “Settings” tab
- Click “Subscriptions” on the left-hand menu
- Click the purple “Cancel my subscription” text
- Type in your reason for cancellation and click the purple “Submit Cancellation” button
Note: Your cancellation is not finalized until you have gone through the offboarding process and received a cancellation confirmation email from your Account Manager
