To cancel your Plex Subscription:

Step 1.) Sign in to Website.

Step 2.)Click your account name at the top right of the website to get to your account profile page.

Step 3.)Click the Subscriptions button on your account profile to go to the Subscriptions page.

Step 3.)Use the cancel your subscription link to cancel your Plex subscription.

Email plexpass@plex.tv and ask them to cancel your account.
