How to cancel MistoBox
If you need to cancel you subscription you can do so on your subscription tab.
Under your billing info click “Quit subscription” and you’ll be asked to answer a couple questions and you’re free as a bird.
Keep in mind when you quit your subscription, your coffee profile and preferences are deleted as well. If you think you’ll come back in the future, we recommend putting your subscription on hold instead. We send a reminder email 7 days before your hold expires so you’re never caught off guard.
