How to cancel LinkedIn

*To Cancel Premium Account:

If done through your Linkedin account: 1.) Move your cursor over your photo in the top right of your homepage and select Manage next to your Premium account type. 2.) Under Account type on the left, click Cancel subscription. 3.) Choose a cancellation reason and click Continue. 4.) Click Cancel my subscription. image

If emailing through web form, please provide:

  1. Intent to cancel
  2. Name of the user
  3. Email address of the user’s LinkedIn account
  4. Reason for cancellation
  5. Type of card
  6. Last 4 digits of the credit card

*To Close Account:

1.) Move your cursor over your photo in the top right of your homepage and select Privacy & Settings. 2.) Click the Account side tab next to the shield icon near the bottom left of the page. 3.) Under the Helpful Links section, click Close your account.

*To Cancel your subscriptions of your various accounts: 1.) Sign into your account on the homepage by entering your email and password. cancel Linkedin step 1

2.) Go to the top right hand corner and put the mouse over your avatar to access your Account & Settings drop-down menu. Click Manage to manage your account. cancel Linkedin step 2

3.) Under Account type, click Cancel Subscription to start cancelling your subscription. cancel Linkedin step 3

4.) Select a reason for cancellation then click Continue. cancel Linkedin step 4

5.) Make sure to review the terms of agreement of your cancellation before clicking Cancel my subscription. cancel Linkedin step 5

6.) Click Cancel my subscription to finalize cancellation.
