To cancel, please call or email our Julep Beauty Advisors (877-651-3292 or maven@julep.com). You must cancel by midnight of the 24th in order to not be billed for this month’s beauty box. But remember, you always have the option to skip a month.

To cancel over the phone, call: (877) 651-3292
Email maven@julep.com and ask them to cancel your account.
