How to cancel HealthTap
1) Please select “Settings” from the left/main menu (called the “You” menu in the mobile phone app).
2) In your “Billing Settings,” please select “Your plan” or the blue/green text that describes your subscription plan type.
3) In the menu that drops down, please select the option to “Change your plan” to proceed.
4) Please choose the “Basic”/free plan.
5) Please select the “Change plan” button.
6) Please feel free to take a moment to explain your reasons for changing to the “Basic”/free plan so we can continue to improve our service.
7) To finalize the cancellation of your HealthTap Prime subscription, please select the “Continue” button.
8) After going through this process, a popup will appear at the top of the screen to confirm that your subscription has been canceled.
