How to cancel HealthTap
Please select “Settings” from the left/main menu (called the “You” menu in the mobile phone app).
In your “Billing Settings,” please select “Your plan” or the blue/green text that describes your subscription plan type.
In the menu that drops down, please select the option to “Change your plan” to proceed.
Please choose the “Basic”/free plan.
Please select the “Change plan” button.
Please feel free to take a moment to explain your reasons for changing to the “Basic”/free plan so we can continue to improve our service.
To finalize the cancellation of your HealthTap Prime subscription, please select the “Continue” button.
After going through this process, a popup will appear at the top of the screen to confirm that your subscription has been canceled.
