I can navigate to the icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will allow me to view several different tabs to manage my account. I will click “my subscription”, and scroll to the bottom of the page.

There is a button that reads “delete account” which I will go ahead and click.

This brings me to a form where I will need to check-mark all boxes acknowledging that I want to remove the following information: payment and lease records, listing and lead communication, and bank information. In the case you haven’t saved all necessary documents to your computer this is the time to do so before check marking these fields.

I will also go ahead and leave feedback, letting Avail know why I decided to close this account.

Then lastly, I can click “delete my account forever” which will close my account.
