To cancel your ATC Fitness membership, send a certified letter with request to cancel to your home gym location
Please provide:
- Statement of intent to cancel membership
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- Birth date
- Membership ID
- Last 4 digits of credit card associated with account
- Home gym location
Follow up within 2 weeks to confirm your membership cancelation
