How to cancel Ad-free time
To cancel your Ad-Free Time! monthly subscription:
- Go to https://portal.adfreetime.com/clientarea.php and login
- Go to the billing system
- Request to cancel your subscription
OR
email your account information and notify them of your wish to deactivate your account.
Note: Pre paid payments made by customers via the billing portal are non refundable
